'Every Mum should be

Reconnect with yourself as a new Mum
The journey of motherhood can feel like a mixed one!
Full of love, joy and complete overwhelm! All at the same time!
Most new Mums report a sense of loss of who they are outside of the 'Mum role'
and have no idea, or even feel guilty at the thought of doing something for themselves.
Did you know that studies have shown having a baby is one of the most significant changes for
your whole body as an adult!
There's even a term for it.... MATRESCENCE
The thing is no-one talks about it!
Things like 'baby brain' or 'sleep deprivation' are just laughed off
or comments such as
'you have a baby, you must be tired' or 'that's it your life is over' are just thrown about!
But what if you understood what underlies this.
By gaining knowledge about the incredible changes your body and brain go through ,
Mums have reported feeling validated, able to trust their own instincts and
have better communication with their partners.
Imagine if you could explore and create positive changes that help you
to rediscover who you are and how to integrate these into your every day life.
Even the boring, necessary ground-hog parts!
So you feel more empowered and confident
as you move through family life.
What happens in a Soul Full Class?
Over 6 weeks, through discussion, listening to each other and practical activities,
we cover all aspects to help normalise and navigate
what becoming a new Mother is really like.
Building your knowledge, self-acceptance and
learning techniques to support your whole well-being such as
gratitude, anxiety management, journaling, mindfulness.
You'll be amazed at the things you think only apply to you,
but how many other Mums can relate!
Mums say the course has taken them from initial feelings of
overwhelm, exhaustion, grateful to validated, contented, determined
This relaxed, friendly, open-minded setting
encourages sharing, vulnerability, laughter and honesty
where babies play at the centre and everything is welcome.
I experienced Soul Full Mama course
led by Sally & it truly was worth its name!
During these 6weeks we talked about matrescense, what it means & how to navigate it gracefully. It was held in an amazing baby lead space with a focus on the mother. We shared, learned, listened and I felt totally accepted and supported in my journey into motherhood. It was beautiful and extremely useful course for any mother no matter what age children you’ve got. It helped me to find my voice, form good habits & bring me back to my best happy self, giving me tools to manage motherhood peacefully.
Absolutely loved the course!
The Best 👏🌞🥰♥️👩👦
This course has been one of the most illuminating things I've done since become a mother. The course itself guided me through a deep self focus
I'd not afforded myself before and
Sally's warmth, knowledge, experience and openness helped me so much
to explore that focus.
She guided us through really effective tools to help every day and gave us
a space to be open, honest and vulnerable in the best way.
Every new mum (and parent, generally!) should do this course.
We joined Sally’s baby massage course when our baby was a few months old.
It was a really lovely way to bond with
our baby, in such a
wonderfully relaxed environment.
It was a no brainer to join Sally on
her Soul full mama course
when he was a little older.
Sally created such a freeing and
positive space to have conversations about the highs and lows of the
transition in to motherhood.
It felt so good to be surrounded by
other new parents often feeling
the same way as I did.
I would highly recommend new parents to join! Oh and the cake is a real highlight!!
