How Does Life Coaching Work?
Sessions are held on Zoom for an hour, with a dedicated 45 minutes for fully concentrate on whatever topic you would like to.
Together we explore, through listening, asking relevant questions, using tools to
help you to gain clarity about the situation you're bringing.
The session is led by you and you come to the solutions in the way that rights for you.
What is the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?
Life Coaching is about momentum. The idea of an onward direction from where you are to where you'd like to be.
There may be thoughts, ideas, mindsets that come up from previous experiences, however
whereas Therapy would stop to unpick and analyse those,
Life Coaching is more about acknowledging and having a forward-looking motion from them.
So you can build insight and tools to navigate your blocks.
